Water heaters
Commercial water heater service and replacement — gas, electric, condensing, and heat-pump units. Tankless, semi-instantaneous, and storage. Recirculation tuning.
Gas piping
Natural gas and propane service — service entrances, sub-meters, rooftop runs to RTUs and boilers, pressure testing, AHJ-witnessed leak checks.
Leak detection & response
Acoustic and thermal leak detection, slab leak isolation, emergency response for active leaks. Coordinated with restoration vendors when water damage has already happened.
